1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Mobile Mechanic Cape Town.

2. Services

We provide mobile automotive repair and maintenance services. We strive to provide accurate diagnostics and quality repairs, but we cannot guarantee that every issue can be fixed on-site.

3. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash, EFT, and approved mobile payment methods. Parts may need to be paid for upfront.

4. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty

We provide a 30-day or 1,000km warranty on workmanship. Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution, Mobile Mechanic Cape Town is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the specific work performed.
